Sure, even without ever having heard about this 2020 movie titled "Kill Giggles", I opted to watch it as it was a horror movie that I hadn't already seen. And given my love of all things horror, of course I needed no persuasion to watch the movie.
I have to say that I was initially lured into picking up the movie given its cover.
Writer Jaysen P. Buterin, whom also directed the movie, put together a pretty straightforward script and storyline. Sure, there were some interesting aspects to the narrative here and there, but it wasn't as if "Kill Giggles" was a particularly innovative movie.
Of the entire cast ensemble, I was only familiar with Vernon Wells and Felissa Rose, and it is not like they are exactly among the best of performers. But in all honesty, I will say that the acting performances in the movie were fair. Leading actor Michael Ray Williams was actually carrying the movie quite nicely with his performance.
The effects in the movie were okay, but nothing over the top.
All in all, a sort of watchable movie, though hardly one that proved particularly great.
My rating of writer and director Jaysen P. Buterin's 2020 movie "Kill Giggles" lands on a generous four out of ten stars.

It had some good ideas, and I liked the plot but I felt it could have been edited a lot better. The sound quality was also really awful on the speech, so I did struggle to hear everything that was going on. It was a lot lower than the rest of the audio, so I couldn't really turn it up to compensate.
That was mainly the biggest problem with the film. The camera work and acting was decent enough, and I really can tell a lot of effort was made in this low budget film. If you don't mind low budget horror films, I think you could have fun with this film.
I thought the ending was really fun as well.
