Teng Shen is an undignified man who lives an unhappy life with his wife. He is given another shot at his life; after he blacks out, getting drunk at his old crush's wedding. He wakes up in his old classroom back in his high-school days. Yes he goes back in time! Not a sci-fi by any means, but a good romantic comedy. The film is a fun ride of quick humour and good music. The script is well written and the characters well enacted. I was into the film from first to last, not a second of boredom! A feel-good movie worth your time. It does offer a powerful hidden-morale but that's for you to find out.
Enjoy!!
Enjoy!!
A 10 rating might seem a bit overrated, but hear me out. Reviewing this after watching the entire first season.
First of I haven't watched the original series, so I can't compare. But I fell to this from the very pilot.
The casting is amazingly well done. Brilliant. The acting was unexpectedly good. Even minor characters (especially the androids) played it beautifully.
The story is enticing and gripping from first to last. The pace is perfect and a lovely blend of scifi, drama and thrill. I don't remember the last time I saw anything which had all these genre put together so well.
With most of the 'top' TV shows focused on violence or action or supernatural or overly witty dialogs in every scene, this came to me as quite a relief!
Explores beautiful psychology and simple emotions involved in simple things and relationships.
The characters develop gradually and each one has its uniqueness.
9 would be the right rating for this, I think. But with so many stupidly overrated shows around, I just had to give it a 10.
This is worth your time, if you want to enjoy something different, and are not into just cheesy or sleek flicks.
*I really hope they do a season 2. Make this show popular guys! Take care!

The Pandora express.. very soothing style of storytelling, the story is simple (kind of) but I felt it to be beautifully told..
A misunderstanding starts the story through which the protagonist starts to receive what he thought he always wanted.. by the end of the story he got what he never knew he was missing..
I felt the film explores the idea of ambitions and desires, how these contradict but either doesn't necessarily be a bad thing and how they amends with time and become something different..
The music is beautiful. The acting is ordinary. It has a happy ending.
A certain secondary character felt neglected by the film.
Ignoring that and considering it's just 93mins it is most definitely worth a watch.
I recommend it for people of all age groups. Thumbs Up,
