I love this show. The show has its roots in a short made by series creator Van Partible. This prototype for Johnny Bravo (called Mess O' Blues) is considered partially found media (on the Lost Media Wiki (https://lostmediawiki.com/Home)). This series is where Butch Hartman (creator of The Fairly OddParents, Danny Phantom, Tuff Puffy, and Bunsen is a Beast) and Seth MacFarlane (creator of Family Guy, American Dad, and The Cleveland Show) got their start. As can be expected from such talent on the team, the show is witty, funny, and all around awesome (I've got to find a new word to express my feelings).

Ed Edd 'n Eddy was my favorite Cartoon Network show as a kid. That is saying a lot, considering Cartoon Network was and is my favorite channel. I would go into more detail, but I can't do it justice. So, check it out for yourself.

I have to admit, I did not see this movie in theaters. Instead, I caught it on Cartoon Network after the initial release. So, it is the Powerpuff Girls formula we all know and love, but it does take a darker tone. I like the animation, the story, and even the darker tone. It is the perfect origin story for me (and the Youtuber RebelTaxi (also known as Pan Pizza)). It's a shame the movie bombed its theatrical release. But, we still got more episodes of the classic show.

P.S. I'll have to check out the 2016 reboot series for myself. I hear it can't compare with the classic, but maybe it can stand on its own better than I hear.
