I finished the latest episode this season and so far I am liking it as much as Season 1, which was the best. The Season has Arconia, New York and all 3 leads spending time investigating right from the first episode. No unnecessary side stories and no romance tracks and lessons on theatre or hollywood. This is the way it was when it started and stayed till Season 2, completely derailed from Season 3. And it is very funny from the start, Martin Short again the best of the lot.

Selena Gomez getting screen time as much as rest also is delightful(she was barely there last 2 seasons). It would be better if we saw her artwork back which was so impressive in Season 1 and 2. I still wonder how can she afford an apartment with no job. Are we to assume its money from the podcast?

Let us hope the rest of the episodes stay as good.

The movie has no story at all. It's about a couple who fight then makeup then fight and makeup, this keeps going on throughout the movie, tiring everyone out. And everyone is yelling all the time. I saw it on OTT and sound was unbearable. I sympathise with people who saw this in theatre, they must have gone deaf.

The 4 stars are for solid performances by all cast despite the lacklustre script. There are a few funny moments but there is only so much yelling one can take. So movie is a good way to get a headache(Thalavalli).

Had lot of expectations for the movie with the hype built around it but the movie doesn't satisfy in anyway. There is no proper screenplay and it looks like the director is building it up as he shot it. A threadbare story of Rajinikanth trying to investigate his friends death in a port company doing illegal things besides the mass killings. Excessive violence without sense is the norm of the time but the good part is the movie is rated "A".

Rajnikanth looks tired throughout the movie. Nagarjuna as the main villian is very disappointing, Soubin works well as the second villian but his background story was quite half-baked.

Shruthi Hassan gives her best performance till date, any illogical scenes, she had is the directors fault.

Upendra a top Hero, director from Kannada cinema is given a sidekick role with no dialogues but still makes a remarkable entry. He needed better treatment.

The actress playing Soubin's wife was disappointing. She was meant to be showcased like Agent Tina in "Vikram" but she has no screen presence nor the looks to attract the audience.

Music is disappointing except the Upendra intro song.

The last cameo of Aamir Khan looks forced and has no connection to the main film. And why on earth is Aamir Khan dressed like a teenager when he is supposed to be this mafia head. He got the worst possible meaningless role in the movie.

Only hardcore Rajni fans can watch this convoluted mess.
