Just watched all of season two and absolutely loved it. It's every bit as great as season one.
All life is here - hilarious humour, high drama, tension, excitement and tears.
They even manage to sympathetically cover the many challenges of dealing with the legal, care, benefit and mental health systems.
Everyone involved in producing such great telly deserves plenty of thanks and acclaim - Sophie Willan for writing and starring in it, plus Jayde Adams, Siobhan Finneran, Lorraine Ashbourne, Nicholas Asbury, Dave Jones plus all the excellent aunts and uncles and the myriad of other characters who crop up along the way.

A gripping central story, expertly told and a great cast of actors - from David Mitchell and Anna Maxwell Martin, to the rest of the central cast (such as Dipo Ola, Izuka Hoyle and Sophie Willan) to the guests who crop up each week as he they have further mysteries to solve - particularly great to see Derek Jacobi still going strong.
I found it very funny but it also contained plenty of peril, not least that you're not sure what is and is not true or who they should trust.
We devoured all six episodes in three or four nights and frankly we're already clamouring for more. Please can everyone else watch it so we can have season two!

I'd already seen them live this summer and they were brilliant. Then my local independent were doing a free screening via Cinematik/Escapes.
Their film was absolutely fantastic, great story, excellent soundtrack (their songs obviously but plenty of others too - the scene with the Prodigy is a particular highlight). It starts off very very funny but as the story progresses it really ramps up the drama and tension but also has a lot of heart too.
The three band members are all excellent, as are the rest of the cast including (but not only) Fionnuala Flaherty, Simone Kirby and Michael Fassbender.
Given that a key point of the plot is the use of Irish language, that it should go on to be the Irish pick for the Oscars and the first Irish language film shown at Sundance is great news.
I really hope it achieves the success it deserves.
