I really enjoyed this movie, it has some references to the game or games but its not the same. I like that it did its own route, if it was the same we would expect what is to come next.

Overall for me I would say solid 8/10. There was room for improvement but it deserves I better rating than 5/10 which its currently at, at the time of this review.

I hope there is a sequel. Lots of different ways it could be explored. Different story, characters, maybe a new villain. But I liked this villain and I hope they return as the mastermind again.

One thing I would like from a sequel is something more from the video games added. A character, an actual monster that isn't changed. But still this movie is worth a watch I think.

I would say in my opinion its a good movie until the ending NO SPOILERS, the whole movie is about what is going on in the house, why are they locked in, whats the Quarantine? is it military experiment or a terrorist attack, i think all of the not knowing is what made the movie some what good, than the ending came and i really didn't like what it lead up too.
