  • Excellent, clever, informative, fun PG stuff

Well i had no clue that we owe so much to Pharrell Williams.

All the music he has been involved with making for 30 years !

Its a lego movie, not your usually type, but interviews with Pharrell and people in his life and who he worked with, all turned into lego in a fantastical type of way.

    Its nothing short of excellent.

I learned alot i had no idea about the music industry, and how people work together, and that Pharrell has had his hand is some very successful music over the past few decades.

It is cleverly done, and the characters even talk about being in a lego movie.

By the end of the movie the whole cinema was hopping, clapping and singing along. It was mostly kids.

  • SW fan bois need to wake up, this is quite good

Have to say i was not into this show the first couple of episodes, some of the acting rather average, seemed to be breaking some core star wars lore.

I kind of did quit watching after episode 3 as it took too much of the things that was bad about star wars rather than the good. But found my way back to it a few weeks later.

Episode 4 gets better, then Episode 5 is very good, apart from some small typically star wars like nuances. From there on in it gets better and better.

For me this show highlights exactly that being a Jedi or a Sith is not so black and white, theres lots of area in between, but the Jedi do not like in between almost as much as they dislike Sith.

The Jedi order is far from perfect and this is highlighted in this show, but not til later episodes.

My biggest issue i had is the way the Jedi Masters just are not very force sensitive, they constantly missing the obvious, getting jumped.

Some of the best light sabre action out there, and a good story if you let it unfold. After first 2 episodes i thought oh yeah this has been done to death, but not so much,.

    Overall an enjoyable show.

  • Quality story telling with little to no plotholes

My favourite kind of drama is that which keeps giving you more of the puzzle as episodes go. Some shows do not manage it well and it falls boring in the middle, but this show leaves you talking after each episode, with just a little more to go on, but enough to keep your keen interest.

Love shows that pay more attention to story continuity than big bold action scenes, and this is typical of British shows. You wont find much in the the way of holes, and those you do find are more time paradoxes than story holes.

The only problem i had, and it irked me, is the actress that plays Iris. She is Israeli, and has an accent which obviously isnt English, let alone Londoner. Yet the story explains nothing as to why she has this accent, and her brother is most definately English accent, and their storyline has them growing up in London.
