It felt like a modern remake of Michael Douglas's Falling Down, but the twist at the end took me completely by surprise and had me in tears, so any film that makes me so emotional and think about it for days is a deserved great watch. There's lots that is believable and much that isn't but that's just film making. Surprised at the poor reviews on here. Taraji P. Henson's acting is this was superb. As many other American made movies like this, it's not a great advert for life as a regular person in the USA with regards the way police are, having to buy medicine for healthcare, buy lunches for school meals and throwing the possessions of a tenant late with rent onto the street. Things that just don't happen in so many other western countries.

Really enjoyed this series, total craziness with a bunch of medieval misfits, almost like a "Carry On" caper. Never heard of the novel or the old movie this was based on but ignore those reviewers snobbishly marking this down. These are kind of people who would say how terrible the 80s Scarface movie was because the 1930s version was so much better, bla bla etc etc.

This is an enjoyable tale from episode to episode and ultimately it's amazing those characters left even survived and by that time you've grown to enjoy their relationships with all their different moods. I had hysterical laughter twice during this series which for me speaks volumes for the actors and their comedic timing and talents.
