Interesting concept with interesting characters that quickly turned into TV slop of sub-par Hallmark quality.
Fake, toxic teenage drama and angst. Storylines that could be resolved with 2 seconds of communication but instead we get lectured by teenage arrogance and narcissism.
If the target audience were 13 year old girls, this would get a higher rating. But as an adult wanting to watch a whimsical story about 2 ghost detectives, instead we get a show better placed as a cheesy, low-budget TV series.
I understand this is a spin off of another series. But I really have no desire to watch Hallmark teenage angst TV series. Give me something original with good characters and story line. This started off being that but devolved into unoriginal tripe.

When you see a Jason Statham movie, you know it's not going to be a brain teaser. But that doesn't mean it can't be enjoyable with the right mindset. And that mindset needs to be to not look for a great plot, logical sequences, believable storyline.
What we have here is a modern problem, call center scams, and a talented vigilante. We have a reason for the vigilante to be angry. We have a great villainous target -- the general concept of these scam call centers and the creeps who run them -- and we have a series of action scenes that the Statham franchise is known for and well-liked for.
If you want to pick apart all of the logical problems of the movie, you won't have a good time. Your chart will be filled with "That would never happen..." statements. But if you can just enjoy the cut and paste storyline of specialized action hero vs corrupt villainous enterprise, then you can sit back and enjoy.
