I have watched many movies and TV series starring Jonathan Rhys Meyers and I thought that this would be a good movie.
But sadly despite the amazing setting and historical content the movie moves much too slowly and is positively boring.
There is also too much disgusting and graphic content. I know that the people did those things but it need not have been so graphically portrayed.

I didn't think that Rami Malek could pull off a thriller, but he sure can.
He plays a decoder takes matters into his own hands when his wife is killed in a terrorist attack. However his supervisors at the CIA refuse to act, so he is alone but he does get some help along the way.
Laurence Fishburne was also really good in this, even though his role was under used.
This movie is well written, directed and acted and it exceeded my expectations.
A great, well told story that has a few surprises and just enough action to keep you interested.

Superman is portrayed here as weak, angry and immature. In face he is nothing like the Superman most fans know.
He is beaten up by just about everyone and outsmarted by everyone.
David Corenswet could have been a good Superman, but the way he is expected to portray him in this movie is almost comical.
Rachel Brosnahan doesn't work as Lois Lane. And although Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor does one of the better portrayals, he alone can't save this dire movie.
