Managed Ventures LLC d/b/a mVara ("we," "our," or "us") operates this website and publishes the Geniuz software. By using this website, you agree to these terms.

Geniuz

Geniuz is software published by Managed Ventures LLC. Geniuz Free is open source under the MIT license; the MIT license governs your use of the free version. Geniuz Team and Geniuz Enterprise are commercial licenses for organizations; use of those tiers requires a separate written license agreement. For licensing inquiries, contact legal@managedv.com.

Your data

You own your data. Geniuz runs locally; your memories stay on your machine. mVara does not host your data, does not have access to your memories, and does not collect telemetry from your installation. We do not use your content to train AI models, sell it, or share it with third parties because we do not have it. Data handling for Geniuz Team and Enterprise licensees is governed by the terms of their license agreement.

The website design, text, graphics, and logos are owned by Managed Ventures LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

AI-generated content

Geniuz facilitates the use of artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated output before relying on it.

Disclaimer of warranties

All software and content are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Managed Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or Geniuz.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation, and if unresolved, by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the effective date above.
