A Manifesto for the Messy Kitchen

A tidy kitchen is a lovely thing to photograph and a terrible place to actually cook. The best food comes out of a little chaos: pans going at once, a board crowded with prep, and a cook paying attention to taste instead of tidiness.

Madness Kingdom is built on that idea. We would rather you make a glorious mess and land a great dinner than keep a spotless counter and a dull one. Clean as you go if it helps, but do not let neatness slow the cooking down.

So turn the heat up, taste everything twice, and stop apologizing for the flour on the floor. The mess washes off. The meal is the point.
