All orders will be ready for shipping within 1-3 business days. As the postal delivery speed varies greatly from one country to another, the timing varies. As a general rule of thumb, you can expect the following shipping times for your order:
US & Canada: 3-5 business days
Europe & Overseas: 5-14 business days
Right after you place your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from us. If you do not see the email, please check your junk/spam mailbox or the social/promotions tabs, as it might have gone there. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as the package has been handed to the carrier for delivery.
* Note: If our email accidentally went to junk/spam folder, please add our email to your contacts and send us a quick reply - that might prevent our future emails to end up there.
Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address, including any apartment or unit number if you have one. If you didn't receive your item due to wrong address you provided, we'll be happy to re-ship your order after you provide us with an updated address and cover the shipping cost again through the custom link that we'll send you.
We provide you with tracking information for every order, so that you know when the package is being delivered. For international orders, those tracking details may be partial or incomplete due to communications between USPS and your local postal service. In some cases, you might not see the details until the same day your order is ready to be delivered in your city/town. We are trying to cut shipping costs to bare minimum for you without losing the opportunity to track each delivery.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer returns, all sales are final. We do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchase and that all details, sizes and measurements are displayed correctly on every product page. If that's not the case or if something goes wrong during shipping, please immediately contact us here or through our social media dm's and we will try to resolve the issue right away!
