Makers Hideaway is a unique retreat center for creatives of all sorts. With room for ten makers to eat, sleep and create, it is the perfect escape to rest and renew your creativity. Whether you are a sewist or a quilter, a knitter or a weaver, or anyone in between, this space is for you!
Accommodations—The Hideaway includes four shared bedrooms and three shared bathrooms on two levels. The main living area is an open concept great room with a fully equipped kitchen, coffee bar, dining table and casual seating for everyone to enjoy.
The Hideaway is filled with carefully selected furniture and handmade accents to make the space warm and inviting. No detail is too small to make you feel at home!
Each guest room features luxurious beds, soft linens and bespoke quilts to help you find the peace and comfort you need to recharge and relax during your stay.
Maker Space—The studio of everyone's dreams and our favorite part of the Hideaway. With ten work areas, two huge cutting tables and two ironing stations, there is plenty of room for everyone and can easily be customized to suit your group! The space also includes a cozy sitting room for comfortable hand stitching and a kitchenette to keep snacks and beverages close.
Location
The Hideaway is situated on five acres in the heart of Snohomish County. It is about an hour's drive North of Seattle and fifteen minutes from Smokey Point and Interstate-5.
Conveniently located with essential shopping near-by, it is also just a half hour from the breathtaking Skagit Valley and its amazing local markets and famous tulip fields.
