When will I get my beat(s) after I complete my purchase?
NOTE: If you purchase the Tracked Out license, you will receive an mp3 version of the beat immediately and the Tracked Out version within 24 hours of your completed purchase.
Will the beat I purchase be removed from the site?

2.) Select which Buy Option you want and click Add to Cart to add the beat to your cart. If interested in more than one beat, click Continue Shopping and repeat this step.
3.) Hit Checkout or click the cart at the top right of the site, and pay through your preferred method of payment.
4.) You’ll receive a download link for the purchased beat(s) immediately after making your purchase.
What can I use the beat(s) for after I make my purchase?
LEASING RIGHTS
MP3 License: You will immediately receive an encoded MP3 file digitally delivered of the untagged beat upon completed purchase. The song file will be delivered digitally. Leasing rights allow you to use the beat (or song) for ONE commercial recording or broadcast. This recording can then be distributed at your price for up to 2,000 copies. Selling more than 2,000 copies means you must acquire a new lease or exclusive rights. You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use or demos. You have full rights to record to the beat/song in any shape, way, or form. You are strictly prohibited from re-selling the beat. In the event that someone buys exclusive rights to the beat you have leased, your rights shall stand and the beat is still yours to use. You may also acquire new leasing rights if you sell more than 2,000 copies since your contract predates exclusive sale. The seller will not receive a royalty from the sale of records or downloads. You must however give full credit for the production of the beat as follows: Malek for MalekBeats.com on all commercial recordings. Upon purchasing leasing rights, the seller still owns the beat(s) and the seller is able to resell the beat(s) to any other party until exclusive rights have been purchased.

You may also use the beat for non-profit promotional use or demos. You have full rights to record to the beat/song in any shape, way, or form. You are strictly prohibited from re-selling the beat.
