Terms and Conditions for working with Matthew Skelton
Matthew Skelton is generally happy to work with most events, podcasts, and organizations , but there are some exceptions, as follows:
Events, panels, podcasts
Matthew will not take part in events, panels, or podcasts where the speakers are all men or the group (or series of guests) is substantially men. ‘Token’ representation (such as a single women on a panel, speaker roster, or podcast guest series) is also not sufficient. When the representation by the day of the event or recording is close to 50:50 (men versus not men), Matthew will continue with the participation, but reserves the right to withdraw if participation on the day (or by the recording date) is not balanced.
Organizations
Matthew does not undertake work for organizations that derive more than 20% of group revenue from in the following sectors:
fossil fuels 🛢️
cryptocurrency 🪙
tobacco and vaping 🚬
habitat destruction 🔥
