Summary:
The Data Analyst will have a foundational understanding of data analysis tools and techniques, with practical experience using MongoDB. This position will focus on utilizing databases like MongoDB to analyze large datasets and contribute to meaningful projects that impact our core business operations.
As part of our expansion, we are looking for an inquisitive and detail-oriented Data Analyst to help support our analytics team. We are seeking individuals who are enthusiastic about data-driven decision making and are eager to apply their knowledge in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting raw data from various sources.
- Utilize MongoDB to store, retrieve, and manage data effectively.
- Support the creation of visualizations and reports to communicate findings to internal teams.
- Collaborate with senior product manager to understand data needs and assist in executing data projects.
- Help ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and validations.
- Learn and apply analytical techniques to solve business problems and provide actionable insights.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and other database management systems.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

The Frontend/PHP Web Developer possesses a passion for web development and user interface design, coupled with a solid background in full-stack development, especially in PHP environments.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Frontend/PHP Web Developer to focus on crafting flawless web experiences using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and WordPress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain website architecture and frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Implement server-side code and database solutions using PHP and MySQL.
- Customize and manage WordPress installations, themes, and plugins.
- Collaborate with the design team to translate visual concepts into functional online experiences.
- Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile and responsiveness of applications.

The Podcast Short-Form Video Editor will help us create captivating vertical social video clips to promote two podcasts: No Fixed Address and Creator: The Podcast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Editing vertical video clips using Adobe Premiere for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Video using Adobe Premiere (or similar software).
- Collaborating with the social media team to edit and revise clips to ensure they align with the podcasts’ brand aesthetic and tone.
- Identifying and pulling the most exciting, shareable moments from podcast episodes to maximize engagement and viral potential.
- Staying up to date on TikTok and Instagram trends, including trending sounds, hashtags, and visual styles, and incorporating them into clips.
- Coordinating with the podcast and social media team to meet weekly and monthly promotional video content deadlines.
Required Skills:
- Spotting engaging moments from podcast episodes that resonate with social media audiences.
- Understanding current and emerging trends in vertical video, particularly on TikTok and Instagram.
- Editing short-form video content that is compelling, polished, and visually dynamic.
- Ensuring consistency with brand guidelines across all video outputs.
- Managing your time effectively and prioritizing projects that have the biggest impact.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Being highly organized, with skills in tracking music and clips in a spreadsheet.
- Strong passion for the podcasting space and storytelling.

Qualifications/Experience/Education:
- Two (2) or more years of video editing experience with short-form, vertical video content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
- Familiarity with podcast promotion and storytelling through video and experience creating trailer-style edits that grab attention.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, and editing techniques.
- Experience creating engaging, on-brand content with a proven track record of increasing social engagement or reach.
- Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere, Google Suite, Slack, and project management platforms like Asana.

- Part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week), with potential for more hours as podcast needs grow.
- 100% remote – work from anywhere in the world (candidates must be available to work collaboratively with the team in North American time zones).
