Spring Update Hello everyone, it's been a while since I've done much to this site. Truthfully my Deluoode forum has ended up developing something of a small community, which took me by surprise. I am however very excited for this, and if you wish to join please do so! The reason I mention this however is because maintaining the forum has captured the majority of my attention. Per the Change Log thread, I've put in 12 updates since mid-Feburary. This has left me without much time to devote to my personal site, but I did push a minor update today. I do have some big plans for this site that I'm hoping to get around to soon now that I have my forum in a state that I am happy with. Legacy Update Log |

El Psy Kongroo Happy to announce that the afformentioned update is now live. Of importance is me and my good friend Nerenar's recreation of the Future Gadget Labouratory site in English, as seen in the Steins;Gate visual novel. I have also created a Steins;Gate fanlisting, which will be my first submission to TheFanlistings.org! The other major change is that I went ahead and revamped the Links section completely. It should now be much more browsable and also far less of a pain to add links to. The Coming of Winter It's been a little while since I've posted here, but I have been updating the site slowly. It's because I've been busy chipping away at a pretty large update, one that I'm very happy to finally finish. Some of the things contained within it have been in the works for months. Will likely make another post here once it's completed in the next few days. Christmas is my favourite time of the year, were it not for my site having terrible code I'd probably make a christmas theme but alas you'll have to settle for a christmas-themed image of the month instead. September Update Due to the frankly astronomical amount of time I spent updating the site in August, it's taken me a bit to want to start updating again. Thankfully the flame came back over the span of the past few days. Most notable of the new changes is that I recently opened up a new blog! I've also added a GFX Wall page over to the extras as well as putting a random quote in the footer as opposed to the generic copyright message I had there before. Moar Network Changes I've finally gotten my new collective Hurricane setup and added to the Network tab! Today I also registered a new domain name, Delooude.com. This is because I've decided to make my forum more Sci-ADV themed and wanted a more appropriate URL. New Network Member! Today I spent an exorbitant amount of time on setting up my new forum! I've added it to the network tab over the left. Although I don't plan on aggressively pushing it, please feel free to stop by and leave some posts! It'll also be the location of my new site Guestbook. Tommorrow I will start working on getting my fanlisting collective setup. I would like to give a major thank you to Lysianthus not only for hosting the site, but for the invaluable technical support provided. Moving on from Neocities This post will contain a pretty important announcement, that being that I've decided to move over to self-hosting. I had been pondering this for a long time, but finally felt that the time was right as I'd like the PHP support in order to make/host fanlistings. I will leave a redirect and an older copy of the site present on Neocities, but all future updates will occur at the main link, MayDB.net from now on. Some Issues After I incorporated it into the site's UI, the Guestbook decided to inexplicably stop displaying the comments and nothing I've done can fix it seemingly. Even reverting the page to an identical state of how it was before still wouldn't work. I was looking into moving to self-hosting after this sour experience but couldn't get any of the trials to work and I don't want to pay for something that I'm not sure if I'll stick with. These two negative experiences in tandem soured me on working on the site for a bit but I'll try to do something smaller soon. Also finally added the new IOTM. Only took 10 days LOL. New(ish) Layout It's ironic how I went from having little desire to update this place to overhauling everything This may seem odd since I said I was happy with the design & didn't intend on changing it. Well, that wasn't untrue... for the front page. The rest? I've always felt it looked quite barren. It was impossible to translate a lot of elements of the old front page over to others on the site. This new design makes things feel more uniform and also look a lot better on most of the formerly desolate-feeling pages. I'm happy with how it turned out and now I feel I can rest easy as far as UI goes. The site should support all resolutions above 700 pixels in height now as well which is nice. Legacy Update Log |

A New Beginning Woah, a brand new tab?! I've had scrollbar update logs on older renditions of my site, but never this sort of miniblog format. In short, while I was designing the new layout I wasn't sure what to do with this bottom center space. After consideration, I decided to make this into more of a "news" section. I will continue to maintain the raw text update log I had before simply because I want to track what exact changes I make and be able to look back at a history of sorts.
