Returns

Regular Items - Canvas Prints, Paper Prints and Scroll Prints

In the situation where the item you receive is defective or not what you ordered, you are entitled to a refund or replacement within 7 days of receipt of the item. We also offer a free replacement or a full refund if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Please advise us in writing, including the order number and the reasons why you are dissatisfied with the item within 7 days of receipt of the item.

We strongly encourage you to return the item via a trackable method as we do not take responsibility for the loss of items being returned and this may result in us being unable to process your refund or exchange. In considering any application for refund or exchange meme art reserves the right to inspect returned items upon receipt.

All shipping costs, including packaging and postage charges for return of the item to be exchanged and dispatch of the replacement item are to be paid by the customer. In addition, all items returned to us for exchange or refund must be intact and in saleable condition.

Customised Items - Hand Paintings, Canvas Printing and Framing

We can only offer replacements, exchange, or refunds for customised products that are defective due to manufacturing or delivery problem, or incorrect (not what you ordered).

Upon receipt, please inspect your item for any damage. If damaged/or incorrect we are happy to send you a replacement of damaged product or offer a refund. Simply email us with a description and picture of the damage. Damage claims will not be accepted more than 7 days beyond receipt of the products.

In the case of refunds, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
