Shipping and return policies for MEUK Records

Shipping Info

Important update: until further notice we have decided to pause shipments to the US.

Within the possibilities of Bandcamp we can calculate shipping costs for up to 3 items per order. Please contact us for larger orders: info@meukrecords.com. If your placed order exceeds the shipping costs already paid, we will contact you.

We mainly ship with PostNL or DHL standard delivery service. We try to ship your order within 3 business days. Delivery time depends on the destination. You will receive a tracking number by email to track your order.

Return Policy

THESE ARE OUR CONDITIONS:
- We comply with the legal 14 day cooling off period.
- You can return products within 30 days for any reason.
- The product must be complete and in the original packaging. If the product is used or damaged, then we can no longer accept its return.
- Returns are at your own expense.
- MEUK Records takes care of refunding your payment within a few days of receipt of the returned product. Refunding will take place to the payment method used for the order. The return shipment can take up to 15 working days.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS:
The costs of return-shipping your product are at your own expense. To send something back to us, you yourself can choose how you do this. You can return items to us using your national postal company, for example. You always pay the postage yourself.

Return conditions
- You can return your order to us within 30 days after the invoice date.
- The product must be complete and in the original packaging. If the product is used or damaged, then we can no longer accept its return.
- Send your entire order with multiple products back; we then refund your purchase amount.
- If you send back only a portion of your order, then you receive only the purchase amount for the products returned.
- Once we receive the product, you will receive your refund within a few days.

EXCHANGING PRODUCTS
Unfortunately, it's not possible to exchange your products directly for another size, for example. You must send the product you don't want back to MEUK Records and must order the product or size once again via this website. We will refund the purchase amount of the first product you ordered.

REFUNDS
When the product arrives at MEUK Records, we register the product. We then refund the purchase amount within a few days. You receive the refund via the payment method you selected during the order. If you paid via PayPal, then the refunded amount will be deposited to this account. If you paid using a credit card, then we book that amount back to your credit card. No refunds are made in cash.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
In the case your order is undeliverable, it will return to MEUK Records. The return process can take up to 15 working days. The refund will be processed at the moment we receive the package back. We are not able to re-ship the order. You can replace the order at Bandcamp and we will process your order.
