Shipping is handled from two locations - Berlin and London, with 95% of our orders being sent with a tracked and insured service from Berlin.
We ship our orders using sturdy, designed for purpose boxes with cardboard stiffeners inside. Occasionally local delivery companies handle packages very roughly and drop them which will cause damage to the records that no box will be able to withstand. We are not able to control this, but we will do our best to help if there is extensive damage.
If you receive an item you see as damaged, please provide photos and / or recordings if applicable.
Orders valued over £135 to the UK may incur additional Customs/VAT charges which the customer is liable for. These are set at the discretion of UK customs and not within our control. If you are not charged VAT on your order at checkout, it's likely you will be charged the VAT when receiving the goods.
* Important note! If your order is returned after not being collected, we can not refund the costs of postage. We can only resend the order once new postage costs are paid.
* Important note! If you make a mistake with your address we can not help with changing it *if the order is already shipped*. Please be very careful with entering addresses when ordering.
* Address changes can be made any time up until your order ships by using the link in your order receipt
