We welcome requests for revisions or corrections. Please fill out the form below with the requested information so we can thoroughly review your suggested revision.

Please note the following policies and procedures:

• For your input to be considered you will need to fill out one form per issue.
• Revision requests will be reviewed first by the Milne Open Textbook team. If the request is for a grammatical or spelling error, these changes will be made in the online versions in a timely fashion and the downloadable versions will be updated before the start of the next semester.
• The Milne Open Textbook team will utilize the results collected in the online form to contact the appropriate author or editors for review.
• If, through review, the team decides that a revision is necessary, it will be corrected in a timely fashion in the online versions. Downloadable versions will be updated before the start of the next semester. The individual or organization that made the request for revision will be notified via e-mail.
• If, through review, the team decides that a revision is not necessary, the individual or organization that made the request for revision will be notified via e-mail.
