Welcome to modlus! These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the modlus website, platform API, and automated reporting services operated by MomentumXAsia.

1. Account Provisioning

Accounts are provisioned by our operational team following early access verification. Organizations are allocated resources and seats in accordance with their subscription plan tier (Free, Starter, Growth, or Enterprise) as described in our Pricing Schedule.

2. Customer Content and Restrictions

You retain ownership of all documents and credentials connected to modlus. You represent that you have the right to connect these databases and upload these files. modlus AI agents process this data dynamically but do not store it beyond the execution scope of the RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) engine and caching configurations.
