Actually the way a law is applied is just as important as how it is written. The Federal law relates to state law and there is no state law that forbids the eating of dead or alive animals. Eating is not a crime. Many different people from different cultures eat many different things. And from an evidentiary standpoint please tell me what state a law was broken in?
