@tiroler19 Apart, they have a claw on the front which they use to move around, so every time they crawl on your dickhead or under the head, they are clawing their way on the sensitive skin.
On top, they secrete some sort of mild acid (I believe to break down meat)so there is an added burning feeling after you play with them for long.
Basically what you see in all those videos is maggots trying to break open the urethra or the space between the foreskin and the head by packing in.

@tiroler19 they do. They don't pressure when they crawl, but when they pack. That's what they do in reality, they break down dead meat by finding clawing a small crevice and pushing in. Then more pack to the side. It is a feeling you can't describe. They stretch the foreskin so much, often beyond the breaking point, that you won't be able to tell there is phimosis. And when they stretch it to the max, they continue packing and stretch further. The pain can come to be excessive.

I also have a small amount of phimosis. Do the maggots, in such large numbers, really exert such tremendous pressure when crawling in that they actually stretch the foreskin despite the phimosis? I can imagine it hurts, but it must also be pretty exciting, right?

@tiroler19 no, but I get really hard, it is a constant teasing and my frenulum is really sensitive. I have a bit of phimosis, so the maggots stretching it makes it extra painful.
