If you believe any motipod products you have purchased is faulty please contact us at info@motipod.com.au. All claims must be made within 30 days of purchase.

We accept returns where there has been a factory fault and our policy is to replace the faulty item – and we will recycle the stainless steel of the faulty item. If the item was purchased via one of our distributers or directly from our store, we require the faulty item to be returned to us, with a copy of the receipt. Please include:

• Reason for return
• Your receipt
• Your name, address, phone number and email

Once we receive your return request we will process your request ASAP and advise you of your product return.

Once accessed and approved we will send you a replacement within one week if the product is in stock.

If the returned product is found by motipod products to not have a factory fault, you will be responsible for delivery costs incurred by motipod products to redeliver back to you.

We do not refund motipod capsules if they have been purchased and used in a machine not shown in a photograph on our compatibility guide. We do not refund any capsules purchased due to change of mind. The motipod capsules are designed as a vessel for coffee, and users are responsible for their use in making coffee. motipod products does not accept responsibility for misuse of the capsules resulting in damaged capsules, damaged machines, or a poor coffee.

We understand there is a learning curve to making a good coffee with reusable pods. Our FAQ Section on our website contains great information to get your eco journey with reusable coffee capsules started. 

If you have read all the information and watched the tutorial videos, and are still having trouble using your capsules, please email a video showing your coffee making, and email this to info@motipod.com.au please include your order number, concerns, type of coffee you're using, grinder type or grind you're using.
