45min · 5 servings Recipe: • -2 blocks (400g) tofu • Crumble in a bowl • -1 onion, finely diced • -2 cloves garlic, finely diced • -2/3 cup (75g) flour (I used chickpea flour) • -2/3 cup (45hg) breadcrumbs • -1 Tbsp soy sauce • -salt and pepper to taste • Mix and mash everything with your hands until you can shape the mixture in balls. • -1 Tbsp tomato paste • -1 Tbsp soy sauce • -4 Tbsp oil • -1 Tsp each paprika and cumin • -1/2 Tsp garlic powder • Mix, then add it to the balls Land coat them with it. • Bake at 200C/400F for about 35mins. • Let them sit for 3-5mins after taking out. • Sweet chili glaze by @thefoodietakesflight: • -1 Tbsp each Gochujang, vinegar, sesame seeds and agave • -2 Tbsp ketchup • Heat up until thickened and stir in the balls. • Othe
