This is a banana cake recipe I would recommend highly. It is shared by Mandy, my girlfriend from Penang who bakes expertly for her kids.

Made with ripe bananas with no artificial flavoring added, this soft and fluffy Banana Chiffon Cake has a very nice natural banana fragrance.

This cake specifically only uses a banana called "pisang mas"...I do not know how it will turn out if you use other bananas though...200g is the weight of the bananas WITHOUT the skin on em.
