Each year, students from Sioux Falls public schools donate their time, energy, talents and dollars to others in the community. In the spirit of the season, here is one example from Hawthorne Elementary: The entire 2nd quarter has been devoted to learning about and implementing ideas for the Circle of Courage trait Generosity. For many weeks, morning meeting time has been devoted to working on community service projects.
