Dinosaur cards

I decided to post my dino card, I did have it in mind for a little lad turning six but decided there was a better image to use. So my dinosaurs are from My Favourite Cutieasaurs and I have the dies too. The palm trees and grass are from the same stamp set. The papers are Doodlebug At the Zoo and were placed behind the MFT Stitched Collage Frame. Lets see if I can work out how I made the sentiment, the words came from various stamp sets. Hello stampers. I made this card for my team Instagram Hop featuring Pumpkin Pie. I stamped the dinos in Memento Black Ink and coloured with my Blends Markers. The colours I used are listed below. I have used the Fancy Borders Dies to cut the edge of the card. As I was making this card I was getting very frustrated that the dies are wider than the Stampin' Cut and Emboss Machine. His favorite show is Dinosaur Train and I knew the T-Rex and Pteradactyl from the JGW Dino Party kit were perfect to replicate the characters from that show. This is a 5"x5" pop-up card. I used a light blue cardstock for the card base. I cut a piece of shimmery dark blue cardstock 1/8" smaller than the card base. I cut two pieces of the grass patterned paper at 2 1/4"x4 5/8." I then embossed it with the Seeing Spots embossing folder. The dinosaur is cut at 2 3/4".
