diced russet potatoes
 • 3 scrambled eggs
 • ground turkey sausage
 • avocado
 • pico
 • cheese
 • salsa

Potatoes: cut into very small cubes and season with avocado oil, paprika, garlic powder and salt. Bake covered at 400° for 20 mins - to make crispy, add to skillet for a few mins

Cook sausage per package instructions and eggs as desired
 • Assemble all together and enjoy brunch at home!
