Developing a growth mindset for kids may require that adults shift the way they talk to students about abilities, intelligence, effort and strengths.

I think that it is highly necessary to integrate growth mindset into the center of the classroom. The Learner-Centered Curriculum Ideology relies heavily on individual student growth, and thus, does not utilize learning objectives. By having students create "growth goals," they are internalizing personal growth and allowing self-realization to come to fruition within the scope of their learning.

Everyone is talking about Growth Mindset! When I first heard of it, I loved the idea and dived right in head first!
