Hand crossbow

This is the general idea for the hand crossbow design for him. The bow parts fold in so it slides right into the holster, not unlike a pistol. The holster is on his right hip (the holster is under the long jacket and because of its small size, is pretty concealed).

A hand crossbow is a very small crossbow ideal for concealment. It is a short range weapon, but can be drawn for firing with just one hand. A hand crossbow is commonly made by the Tenebril and can be found in most of their markets. It is also a favored weapon of the Malhashyn.
