OK, so I've created a few test parts. Firstly in 18mm Birch Plywood, 18mm pine, and also in bamboo (an IKEA chopping board!)

Installing the IKEA MOPPE mini chest of drawers in the IVAR side unit. It's very easy to do. No glue or screws needed. Just some drilling.

As I mentioned the walk in cupboard was constructed using Pax wardrobes, one wardrobe door, one metal kickplate and one door handle as follows
