This is one of the biggest music fangirl types: Teenage and 20-year-old girls who are awkward IRL, so are chronically online where they claim to be in love with old rock stars, collect albums and cassettes, insist upon having the best music tastes, are more hippie than punk at heart, and are a bit more likely to have been on a date with a fellow music nerd. Recognizable in real life thanks to band t-shirts of a retro sense of style, but have no set aesthetic.
