Palmiers cookie are one of my favourites, and I love this version using @nocilla palm oil free chocolate spread! 

To make a batch (~30) you’ll need
👉 1 sheet puff pastry 
👉 2 tbsp sugar 
👉 2 generous tbsp @nocilla spread (or spread of your choice) 

1. Sprinkle 2 tbsp sugar on a clean surface and lay puff pastry on top
2. Spread chocolate spread on top until the edges, and roll both sides in 
3. Refrigerate your log for 30 minutes for easier cutting, then cut your log into 1/2 cm (1/4 inch) slices
4. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 180C (325F)
