Of course, I’m not diagnosing or making assumptions about anyone over the internet, but it’s pretty safe to say that working on thoracic mobility can be hugely impactful.  What can happen when we don’t have enough thoracic spine mobility-in the infinite wisdom of our amazing bodies- our lower back and/or neck will jump in and try to help out.
