So I had a trip to Claxton’s on the Dalswinton Estate to try out their new core range. More to come on that in the coming days but first, here’s a look at the reception we had as well as some of what we found in their dunnage warehouses. Note picture 15 a Ben Nevis cask which came covered in black mould. May be the whisky that starts “The last of us” 😆 Also pictured are some exceptional casks including a Springbank and a Macallan, these are just a sample of many! In the glass is a 1996 Arran ...
