Without blowing my own horn too much, I have to tell you this Earl Grey "London Fog" cake is a devastating beauty. Otherwise, your frosting will melt and it will be harder to stack your cakes. Since then, I make sure to freeze my cakes overnight to frost and decorate the next day ♥️
