minimum:

100g of protein 

50g of fat

25g of Fiber

Bonus tip: for faster results add 10k steps daily

Here’s a sneak peek:

Day 1️⃣

Breakfast: Egg White Omelet with Spinach & Peppers, topped with salsa

Lunch: Grilled Salmon, Green Beans, & Brown Rice

Snack: Cottage Cheese with Mixed Berries & Chia Seeds

Dinner: Turkey Wrap with Hummus & Veggies

Macros (per serving): Protein: 35g Fiber: 27g Calories: 1400

Day 2️⃣

Break Spaghetti Squash Marinara, Breakfast Cottage Cheese, Eggs With Veggies, Breakfast Greek Yogurt, Salmon With Quinoa, Meatballs With Spaghetti, Apple Dinner, Salmon Green Beans, Egg White Omelet
