save your money on buying protein bars and make these quick and easy healthy vanilla choc chip protein bars (oil free) instead! vegan, dairy, oil and gluten free 🌱 took me 10 mins or less to whip up a batch for healthy meal prep snacks for the week you’ll need: - 100 g oat flour (blended oats) - 1 scoop organic pea protein powder - 120 g unsweetened peanut butter (or any nut butter) - 75 g maple syrup - 1 tsp Cinnamon - 1 pinch Sea salt - 3/4 tsp Vanilla extract - 3 tsp plant milk (I used organic soya milk for extra protein) blend everything together and gentle press into a loaf tin with parchment paper in the base so it’s easy to remove. Place in the fridge for a good few hours, bring out and cut into bars et voila
