Hot Sauce
Here’s a basic recipe that you can tweak. It makes a decent sauce.
Habanero-ghost chili sauce:
4yellow bell peppers
6 ghost peppers (or any hot pepper)
6 habanero peppers
1 onion
5 cloves garlic
1 cup water
1 1/2tsp salt
1 carrot
1 1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 tsp lemon juice
2 tbsp sugar
Cook, blend, bottle, refrigerate and enjoy.
