Easy Cannoli Pizzelles Recipe
The first time I had cannoli pizzelle was when my brother made them for an Italian Easter. I've created my own recipe using our family pizzelle recipe and a delicious ricotta cannoli filling. This Italian dessert is served during the Christmas holidays, Easter, and at weddings. They are also a healthier version to regular cannoli because the shell is made with a pizzelle maker, not deep fried. Pizzelle cannoli are easy to make and I offer lots of creative variations!
