I still cant delete enough as I am downloading more episode of stuff airing as I am going through stuff I had sitting around lol. I so need an NAS or at least a thumb drive with different connector types but im broke T-T Will eventually clear out enough to watch some mahou shojo with you. I also need to watch more old mecha shows some time too since that is actually what got me into anime as a little kid so i should pay homage some time.

Say, did you grow up with Asterix and Wakfu? I enjoyed both of them. French animation has some interesting titles. Although it was geared more towards kids I liked the 3D animation of Ladybug and Chat Noir. There was some talent applied to it. There was also a movie I saw, and I can't remember the name now. I was about a young girl from Iran and the troubles she live through. It was very, very well done. Marjane??? Aw it's been a long time.

Oh cool ! Je le retiens :) Oui je vois, moi la campagne c'est pour les vacances, je me vois pas y vivre. Paris même, mais ça va changer l'année scolaire prochaine puisque j'ai une école à Epinal depuis ce soir (〃⌒▽⌒〃) I see, I see. Oui je devrais le relire mais c'était pas super dans mes souvenirs non plus... C'est sa série la plus connue mais Le chat du rabbin c'est vraiment ma préférée, Chagall en Russie et Aspirine m'ont bien plu aussi. Oui j'ai lu qlq bds de Riad Sattouf mais mon enfance c'est surtout Les carnets de'Esther. J'aime beaucoup les notes de Boulet aussi, même si je n'en ai pas beaucoup lues. Il est très drôles et je trouve que ces notes sont toujours intéressantes et pertinantes jsp. |

:0 i see. and lol. also, i guess you could say my little pony: friendship is magic is an episodic slice-of-life show. and mono isn’t focused on art (as in art isn’t the topic/subject of the show). as for why i stopped watching it, its writing is eh imo. food for the soul’s writing is also eh imo. however, its writing has more focus (in terms of focusing on the story it wants to tell) compared to mono’s.

Oui j'aime beaucoup le trait, surtout pour les visages et les corps!! Kawajiri c'est un(e) auteur(e) ? En effet et j'en suis très contente, je préfère avoir déjà lu avant d'acheter en général. Oh je vois je vois (que de bons goûts et/ou recommandations miam), perso je suis sur Paris donc j'ai beaucoup de bibli à disposition ▼ω▼ T'as des recommandations particulières pour Moebius ? J'aime trop son style mais je n'ai lu qu'une série à lui... En parlant de BDs, t'aimes Joann Sfar ? J'adore tellement son style graphique (ᗒᗊᗕ)! Oh je ne savais pas, c'est la première fois que je le voyais en bibli (je regarderai plus attentivement désormais huhu~). Il a apparemment été sélectionné dans la sélection polar à Angoulême en 2015. it’s alright! i’m alright as well. and ooo, you grow your own vegetables? as for me, i recently finished watching a cartoon and season 4 of my little pony: friendship is magic. the cartoon was alright and season 4 of my little pony was solid. i also switched out a spring 2025 anime (mono) with a different spring 2025 anime (food for the soul).

True, that was a good thing FMAB did.
I actually like some of the broadening of the world building FMAB brought to the table. What I had problems with the most was the direction. Oh god, there were so many schlock scenes that only seemed to exist for shock effect. I could see the director chuckling like a bratty 10 yr old, "See?? Look what I did to make this dark!" It got tiresome over time. FMA had some really dark themes to it as well, but at least it didn't beat one about the head and shoulders with them. It had a story to tell, and it went straight ahead and told it; a much better presentation IMO. |

En effet, j'ai déjà regardé Re:Cutie Honey et une grande partie des animés ecchi de Go Nagai. Je sais aussi que c'était le véritable premier grand projet d'Imaishi en tant que réalisateur. J'ai d'ailleurs regardé tous les animés de Cute Honey, de celui de 1973 à celui de 2018 et les autres animés Gainax/Trigger. Sa tenue n'est pas une armure bikini comme je les aime, mais une combinaison moulante en latex semblable à celle d'une catcheuse, cependant adaptée à une magical girl (majokko classique) avec l'humour sexuel tant apprécié de Go Nagai. |

I'm super hyped! I finally watched it a year or two ago, and like two weeks later they announced S2 (I'm a good luck charm!).
I stayed away from P&S for years because I don't care for ecchi itself, and I feel like ecchi shows all have subpar characters, stories, and animations. I finally decided to give it a shot and I'm not regretting it one bit! |

oh your comments are back on. I had to turn mine off a while too since some delusional guy from Myanmar spamming me thinking i am someone else and claiming i stole something from him then he says same to others too also thinking we are all same person. Strangest delusion.
Yeah. I've seen Madoka which I feel even though i enjoyed it a lot that I probably was missing out not having previous exposure to mahou shoujo. I hate how I never was exposed to Sailor Moon since it aired at times I wasnt watching TV which is early mornings before school yet then again it was heavily censored here since Christian parent groups censoring media in past. I was watching Cardcaptor Sakura as something chill to watch(and since it felt weird i had already watched xxxHolic and Tsubasa Chronicles without it) but i got so hung up with my life and other stuff to keep up with other people I kind of halted it momentarily. Ojamajo Doremi doesnt ring a bell at the moment. Lyrical Nanoha is one I also was considering. Hard to pick when the genre goes back so far lol I have to finish off a few shows so i can clear out space on my tablet which for time being is my only computer other than my phone. |
