Manemane Nichinichi is a typical work of Yamamoto, Souichirou. It has excellent art, it is filled with cute and wholesome moments and the humor is cute and will get you smiling. If you like previous work by this author (Teasing Master Takagi-san being the most popular work), this is an easy recommend. While it is a classic Yamamoto manga with generic characters, standard cliches and tropes around high school this time it is a departure from his previous work where romance was the main focus. the baseball club. The characters reminded me quiet a bit about Asobi Asobase (another one of my favorite shows).
The manga can be a blast if you go in with the right expectations. It is a a slice of life manga about three high school girls hanging out as they go about their daily managerial duties. There is no major character development, plot or story. But the heart of the manga is about simple cute daily interactions between these three. It is not a manga to binge read or follow religiously. But it an excellent manga to read between other more involved mangas or when you just want to read something short, simple and feel cozy within.
TLDR: A great light read. A blend of Asobi-Asobase with signature Yamamoto style of cute humor and fluffy moments based around standard high school tropes.
