Omocha Shounen is now one of my favorite hentai one shots. It begins with a sister catching her twin brother masturbating while wearing her school swimsuit. The art is very good for the girls. Their faces look great especially once they want the guy to take control. The guy looks kind of like a shota, but I don't think he would have been able to pull off looking like a girl otherwise (he resembles his twin sister after all). Despite the large class, the only real important characters are the guy, his sister, and the three girls who have sex with him (shown in the picture for this on MAL around the guy).
I recommend this to anyone who likes hentai manga. It has just about everything: small and large breasts, dominant and obedient girls, a dominant and obedient guy, a very small amount of incest (just a handjob), group sex, great looking girls, etc.
