I think, for the start, I just wanna say: before you read this, know that this is a story that revolves about a historical royalty family in Italy. Do whatever you wish with that information.
After reading the manga, the song's meaning and your own interpretation becomes very different than just without the manga. Still, it is such a beautiful song and melody. One of my favorites of all. The song is from Cesare's (KAITO's) point of perspective.
The characters feel like actual characters, not just like KAITO and Miku, the Vocaloids. In the other manga that Kurousa-P has published, Acute, the characters just felt like vocaloids,
...
and nothing more, it was hard to un-think that part and think of them as their own characters.
As much as I recommend it, I cant say its a story for everyone. While the ending closes off the story well, you technically dont know if it ended well or not, its very much on your own interpretation if the ending is good or not. Therefore, it is up to you to decice if you wish to give it a try or not.
Also, the artstyle of this manga feels very fitting for the story and the concept, and I think that makes it even better. One thing in particular that I adore about this manga are the clothes, especially Lucrezia's (Miku's) dress. Also the way Ichika (the artist of this manga) draws flowers feels very gentle, its lovely ^^
