I requested at the suggestions board to have an option to make it so changes to entries you've added on your MAL will get you notifications.
Right now I had to go through my own notepad (and the Anime DB topic) checking every single Pokemon entry to see the changes in titles or why they were removed x)

Hopefully it gets considered since it's hard to keep track of every single entry you've ever added to your MAL and gets changed in one way or another.
