about

I wrote this song about a girlfriend of mine in 2000. She was a proper hippy who taught me about ley lines, Earth grids and how important it is for us all to slow down and remain present and aware of our interconnectedness while the Earth realigns and heals. We are all on the same plane (this planet) together, we all share the same tone and we are all worn to the bone. We are tired of fear and discordance as much as Earth is, which is why this piece was recorded in 432Hz to vibe with the Earth’s frequency.

lyrics

Hip to the Bone

Hip to the bone
She’s my way from.
Hip to the bone she is my stay zone.
Click and she’s gone far from that pay phone.
Now here on our own sharing the same tone.

We are one in the same vein
And for some caught in a blame game
Let it go. Take it easy.
Then you’ll know it keeps you breathing.

There was us just
sittin on our own in the back of the bus
when all around town
we couldn’t figure why there’s always a fuss.
It’s not for me you see
Prefer for us to get on more happily.
Drop your heart guard. Open yourself then you will see

We are one on the same plane.
And for some caught in a blame game.
Let it go. Take it easy.
Then you’ll know to live more freely.

There’s more to life
than just speeding along, speeding along
No need for strife
your life is not that long
Take it slow
no more speeding along
Then you’ll know
The chime of the tame song.

Warm to the bone we all share the same tone
You’re not a stone. We all care for the same home.
Worn to the bone we all share the same tone
You’re not alone. Let’s all keep a tame home.
