NEWRP is an open-world RPG that allows you to relive all the essence and fun of the popular GTA V Roleplay servers. In this virtual universe where there are no limits, you have the freedom to build your own life from scratch, choosing your path among multiple factions ranging from government organizations tasked with maintaining order to dangerous illegal gangs that dominate the city's suburbs.

Establish connections and plan every move

To thrive in the streets of NEWRP, the title allows you to manage resources, hire staff, and build a business empire as a way to gain enormous influence. In addition to both legal and illegal businesses, the game offers you the opportunity to acquire and drive vehicles based on real-life models and apply all kinds of modifications to them from your underground garage. That said, social relationships will need to be maintained and, to meet new people, you can make use of the voice chat whenever you need to communicate with other players on the same server.

Simple controls and a very useful map

In NEWRP you can stay within the safe zone to plan your next mission without endangering yourself. However, you will have to dare to explore new areas of the map to consolidate your power across the entire city. By tapping the map at the top of the screen, you will find the information you need about the exact location of the different services available in this game world. Plus, the controls, which are fully adapted to touch devices, are simple enough that you can focus your attention on what's going on around you.

My feelings after playing NEWRP on Android

When I tested the NEWRP APK on my POCO F5, the first thing I had to do was create my character through a simple editor where I established their gender, skin tone, and basic clothing. After selecting one of the available servers and spawning for the first time in the city hotel, I was helped by the clear integration of the health and money indicators, and most importantly, a microphone button that would prove essential when it came to communicating with other users via voice chat. Exploring the streets of Union Center on foot, I approached a moped rental point and opened the extensive interactive map to locate points of interest such as the driving school, the car dealership, the black market, and the convenience stores. Although the graphics make it clear that it is a smartphone title, the freedom of movement and the ease of interacting with the environment managed to fully immerse me in my role as a mobster.

What I liked most about NEWRP and what could be improved

• What I liked most: I enjoyed having the freedom to do whatever I please at any given moment, in pure GTA style. The wide range of shops and businesses distributed across the map also open up a whole host of possibilities.

• What could be improved: Some central settings, such as the intersections and streets surrounding the hotel where you start the adventure, sometimes appear too devoid of traffic.
